This website, expophlse.com, is operated by the organizers of the Philippine Lifestyle Sourcing Expo (PHLSE) 2026, held on October 8–10, 2026 at the SMX Convention Center Manila.

When you submit a supplier meeting request through this website, we collect only the information you provide in the form:

• Your name and company name
• Your email address
• The products you are interested in and your preferred meeting time
• Whether you would like to join the Buyer–Supplier Matchmaking Session

We do not ask for and do not collect your phone number, payment details, or any other sensitive personal information.

How We Use Your Information

• To share your meeting request with the specific exhibitor you selected, so they can arrange to meet you at the show
• To organize the Buyer–Supplier Matchmaking Session if you opted in
• To contact you about your meeting request if clarification is needed

Who Can See Your Information

Your information is shared only with the exhibitor you selected and the PHLSE organizing team. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any other third parties, and we do not publish buyer information publicly.

Data Retention

Meeting request records are kept only for the purpose of arranging meetings at PHLSE 2026 and will be deleted within 90 days after the show.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted.
